IMS successfully completed the conversion of a rain water harvesting tank to a mains fed tank that was used for cooling elements in a data centre. The conversion saved our client considerable cost of not having to regularly change filters due to contaminants in the rain water. IMS working to ACoP L8, HSG274 and the Water Regulations cleaned and chlorinated the tank and system that enabled the re-design works. It was a collaborative exercise with IMS working with the original tank designer to ensure that a compliant and cost effective system was installed.
