IMS (FIRAS certified) have won a prestigious contact for fire doors at a large university. IMS remedial work will cover as a minimum the following:
Intumescent door strip and smoke seals
Door frames including stability of fixings
Door closer and runners
Hinges
Glazing (vision panels)
Ironmongery – Locks and levers/handles
Door hold open devices
Gaps around the doors and thresholds
Safety Signage for Fire
