IMS Mechanical and Electrical Division have just completed a six month project to replace all the boilers and pipework through a royal estate in Surrey.

Due to the constant changing environment and the royal estates requirements to reduce their carbon footprint as much as possible.

IMS were tasked with installing new bio mass energy efficient boilers and pipework through the live working estate that included the residential areas. Due to the nature and the size of the works IMS had to ensure that a constant review of the works and adjustments to the programme where communicated to ensure that all stages of the project were completed in the agreed allocated time frames.
