Managing our customer retention rate is an incredibly important part of maintaining a sustainable business at IMS. We know that retaining customers’ costs less than acquiring them and that is why we continually focus on value and quality. We are currently working on:
Renewal of an inclusive drainage maintenance contract for a global bank, we have held this contract for 10years;
Renewing 15 other drainage contracts; and
Renewing 35 Kitchen extract and ductwork cleaning contracts nationwide.
At IMS we don’t just sell, we educate our customer so that together we achieve better results.
